The Hygiene Coach platform provides continuing education content, resources, and learning experiences for Registered Dental Hygienists practicing in Ontario, Canada. These Terms of Use outline the conditions under which you may access and use the platform, including all courses, materials, and related services.
Eligibility
To use this platform, you must be a Registered Dental Hygienist or a dental professional authorized to access continuing education content relevant to dental hygiene practice in Ontario. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements and agree to use the content in accordance with your professional obligations.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. You will not interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, or use the platform in any way that could harm other users, The Hygiene Coach, or any third parties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Intellectual Property
All course content, written materials, videos, graphics, branding, and other resources available through The Hygiene Coach platform are owned by The Hygiene Coach or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for your personal professional development. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide on the platform is accurate, current, and complete. Payment, Access, & Refunds
Certain courses and features on The Hygiene Coach platform require payment. Fees are displayed prior to purchase and may be updated at any time. Upon payment, access is granted to the selected content for the specified duration. Access is personal, non-transferable, and linked to your user account. The Hygiene Coach reserves the right to modify or discontinue courses or platform features where necessary. Access to purchased courses remains active for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Due to the digital nature of continuing education content, all course registration fees are non-refundable.

The content provided through The Hygiene Coach platform is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Governing Law
